Performance management

Over the last 12 months, the Bristol Partnership has been strengthening its performance management arrangements. The strategy follows a 4 step process:

Analysis: How do we know what it is that we are trying to achieve?

Planning; What do we need to do in order to achieve it?

Delivery: How will we use the right systems to deliver it, and are they up to it?

Performance: How will we know when we have achieved it?

This process uses an "Outcomes Based Accountability" approach, as defined by Mark Friedman in his Turning the Curve work.

We must ask ourselves the following questions:

How much did we do?

How well did we do it?

But most importantly...

Is anyone better off?
