Bristol 2028 - An interim strategic statement

In the next twenty years, we want to ensure that the city's prosperity strengthens and grows. As an essential part of achieving this, we will unlock the potential of our disadvantaged communities to contribute to long term sustainable economic growth and shared prosperity.

Put simply, there are three key challenges:

  • To ensure Bristol is a successful city;
  • To work to ensure that everyone can share in that success; and
  • To make that success sustainable, protecting our environment for the future generations.

The Bristol Partnership is currently re-invigorating itself to ensure that it is fit-for-purpose for these up and coming challenges. We will ensure that the right partners are at the table working together to deliver against these challenges. We will ensure that Bristol is a powerful voice at the West of England, South West regional and national level, promoting Bristol as the economic driver for the region.
